Police supporting Criminals-Remedy??
Some Land Mafias and Criminals form a gang. They trespass and take illegal possession of the land of a poor Farmer! Then they beat him up. The farmer gets injury all over the body and in the head also (9 stitches are there) A case is registered and the Police takes the statements of the witnesses. Here comes the shock!!
All those who deposed against the Criminals are issued orders of prohibition under CrPC 107, 116
On asking the Police says there were complaints against these people.
What is the remedy with the poor Farmer??
Please give a detailed guidance..
