Police station search order by magistrate

Is there any provision in law where a magistrate can order the advocate commissioner to the search of police station in case of illegal Detention of a person.

There is no such provision in law to search police station. But through writ of Habeas corpus you can report an unlawful detention or imprisonment to a court and request that the court order the custodian of the person, to bring the prisoner to court, to determine whether the detention is lawful. High court or supreme have jurisdiction of such writ.
