HOW TO GET POLICE PROTECTION AFTER MARRIAGE AND COUPLES ARE LIVING SEPRATELY FOR 4 MONTHS . IS IT NECESSARY THAT BOTH OF THEM APPEAR IN FRONT OF JUDGE FOR MAKING PLEA FOR THE SAME.........

You have to seek the police protection from the police not from the court.

now u can get it from session court ,high court empowers them to grant police protection .. nyways thanx for your reply i have already done with this case
