I m a senior citizen 77+ pitted against siblings hellbent on harassing and denying to move ahead as per Consent Terms and Letter of Administration.
I have cooperated at every stage but due to criminal mindset delaying distribution of share in my late father's assets so as to knockdown huge amount from me which I am not agreeing.
Can a criminal case for mental agony and harassment be filed in Magistrate's Court as due to corruption police is not acting in the matter.

This is not a criminal case.
It is a civil dispute hence you can approach civil court alone with a suit for partition and separate posession of your share in the property.
The police will not be of any use to you, hence you may follow the proper procedures of law instead of grumbling against the police
