Police negligence

on the basis of, forgery sale deed ,a BJP's Bahubali MP possessed my market by dint of rifles, machine guns.From PS to SP office , my request for FIR was brutally denied . Though I sent My application for FIR to them by registered post Can I go to court against this criminal negligence of police , resulting in my dispossession from my Markets ?

when investigation officer did not take complaint, you can approach the court by filing private complaint, and you have to file both criminal case and civil case

Sir,

For 156(3) Cr.P.C, u need to show that a cogzinable offence is made out (if the police fails to register an FIR and even your DCP complaint is not answered and no action is taken against those complaints).

U can file for 200 Cr.P.C privately if police involment is not required.
