Dear members,
My mother did a house settlement deed in 2009 to my sisters. House is on my grand mother's(father's mother) name.
My sister knows that settlement is not valid without my signature. I have challenged this in civil court and court has granted injunction not to allenating the property. 4 months back my sister has changed the property tax in municipal office on her name by showing the settlement deed. They are trying to occupy the house now.I have given the complaint in municipal office 3 months back, but they are not caring. They are manage municipal employees.
To cancel the property tax transfer what should I do?
Is there any way to get the police protection to stop them to occupy the house?
