police have not been arrested accused since 1 month

I've registered a CR in the month of May. The accused has abducted a minor girl. I've reported the place I've given the mobile number of the accused.

what is remedy available now?

Quick Summary
If the police haven't taken action on your complaint regarding an abducted minor after a month, you have legal recourse. You can file a petition under section 156(3) of the CrPC with the judicial magistrate court. This can direct the police to initiate legal action and register an FIR if necessary. Consider also approaching higher police authorities, such as the Superintendent of Police.

If the police is not taking proper action within reasonable time then you can approach judicial magistrate court with a petition under section 156(3)cr p.c seeking direction to the police concerned to initiate legal action on the complaint and register FIR if necessary
