police doesn't file a complain against accuse.

if police refuse to file a complain against any accuse then what can I do in this situation.?

Quick Summary
If the police refuse to file a complaint against an accused individual, you still have legal recourse. You can initiate a private complaint directly with the court. It is advisable to first send a written complaint to your local police station and the Commissioner of Police. Subsequently, the court may order the police to register an FIR against the accused based on the merits of your case.

Hello,

If police did not file case against accused in that case you can file private complaint in the court against the accused. You have to send written complaint to local police station and to commissioner of police. Thereafter you can file private complaint against accused. Court will order for registering FIR to police against accused as per merits of the case.
