Police calling me to take notice of fir copy, will i be arrested

My wife has filed an FIR against me with IPS 354, 323, & 504.

Police is calling me to come and take the notice of FIR and he is assuring me that he will not arrest me. He saying they have the cctv footage and it is clear that I am innocent and my wife is the culprit.

The whole incident happened inside the court bldg. Now I am worried that police is calling to get me arrested.

My advocate is saying not to visit the PS as I might be arrested and wait for police to submit the FIR in the court.

It has been almost 4 days and still FIR is not come online.

Pls suggest whether should I go to PS to collect the copy.

Quick Summary
An individual is concerned about being arrested after his wife filed an FIR against him. The police are requesting he visit the station to collect the notice, assuring him he won't be arrested due to CCTV evidence suggesting his innocence. However, his lawyer advises against going to the station, fearing arrest. He is also applying for anticipatory bail and questions if he can be arrested for not collecting the notice.
