POA rules and eligibility to cancel

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a newbee to this forum. I have doubt on POA. Please advice.

The scenario is:

7 brothers are having a shared property (a land with old house). All are agreed to and nominated their elder brother as POA for demolishing the old house & reconstructing a new house. But now the 3rd brother found that the POA (1st Brother) is not genuine and his account details of income & expenditure over the property is fake.

No bills, vouchers,Agreements, Challans for the 1.5crores of income & expenditure. Instead in a old notebook they have written fake entries showing all the money spent (without proofs).

Also whenever asked for the status of the construction, the POA avoids to update or escapes from the scene. But the remaining 5 brothers are unaware of it and believing the POA still.

Now my question is: To cancel the POA against 1st brother - if 3rd brother alone applies for revocation - will it be considered? or all the 6 peoples need to apply for revocation? or any other options?

Please advice. Your help at the earliest is very much appreciated.

Thanks

Ginesh
