Poa registration for acceptimg gift

Daughter (D) wants to give Power Of Attorney in Favour of Father (F)

to ACCEPT 20% share of  Im-Movable Property at NAGPUR (Maharashtra) thru GIFT DEED

from Grandmother (G) due to Affection/Blood Relation. (Of course without Consideration Amount)

My Questions :

1. Is is mandatory to REGISTER this PoA in some SRO or simply get NOTARY

2. How much STAMP-DUTY will be levied for PoA (ASSESED MARKET VALUE of Property as  as 25 LAKH)

The latest ruling by the Supreme court is  that the power of attorney deed is also required to be registered

IF BLOOD RELATION IS THERE THAN RS.500/- STAMP DUTY IS SUFFICIENT AS PER LAW.

WITH CONSIDERATION OR WITHOUT CONSIDERATION
