Whether Power holder execution of Document leads to have all possession of money with him (can it be proved by Regd. Sale Deed executed through P.O.A) or he is mere Agent have to submit all the sale proceeds to Principal holder of land?
in court of law as evidence, please specify citation if any to disprove it
