Hi Everyone . Pls give suggestion .
( its from me and my father ) My Grandfather was having site since 1965 And my grandmother died on 1972( had 2 Sons ). then Grandfather married again on 1974 , ( had 2 sons , 1 daughter )
Later first wife 2 sons left house at 1980 only ........ Then my grandfather sale that site to 2nd wife ( step grandmother ) on value of 3lakhs on 2003 with sale deed.
so my father can claim for share in that property which is in my step grandmother name as sale deed. or i can claim .................... pls suggest any rule in islam .or legal also.
