I want to sell MP3 Hindi Film Songs Clips as Ringtones for use in mobile. Any one who know about legal implecations involved to start this business through website and sell online.
Please suggest and guide me how to start and do this business as i have lot of ringtones and i want to start an online business to sell these ringtones.

The original owner/creator of the ringtones might have acquired copyright registrations of the ringtones made and without the permitted licence or assignment from the original owner it is not advisable for you to sell the same to the public. It is a offence under the copyright act. It is advisable that you consult an copyright attorney to get more clarity.
