hi to all the respected legal experts and others members pls educate me whether a private limeted company can be a consumer

If the goods are boght for or services availed are for commercial purposes then it is not a consumer. For example electricity/telephone services to be used in the company can not be brought under the CP Act . However if an employee has availed some airline services etc , complaint would lie in Consumer Court for deficient services.

any service which is hired directly invloved in your manufacturing process or related with your business activity form which goods or service you create or make final product of your company then you wll not be consumer for that service and for other services company can fall under defination of consumer.
