Dear all,
"A" had been allotted a plot by a (State devolopment Authority) in 1988 for which conveyance deed was registered in 2000. after two years i.e. in 2002 Mr. A died. time allotted by State devolopment Authority for construction was till 2007. legal hiers of Mr. A had no knowledge about the said plot. in 2009 they got some information that they had a plot in name of deceased A, then they collected information and it was revealed that the said plot has been resumed by the State devolopment Authority. now they had filed a appeal before the Administrator for cancellation of resumption of said plot. now please provide me some latest authority/judgement in relation to the query. particularly of Haryana, Punjab or Delhi.
