Plot registration

Dear All,

I have purchased a plot in installment from a venture in Shadnagar. The head offfice is in Habsiguda.

Many months have passed I paid the last instalment but till date they have not handed over the documents to us. Every time they say the documents have been sent to sub registrar and are awaiting from them.

I want to know how to find if the venture guys have really submitted my documents. What reference number I need to have to verify with the sub  registrar.

How easy or tough it is? what action i can take on this venture guy

A. Once the Seller is ready to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the Purchaser after the satisfaction in the consideration payment that the draft of the Sale Deed should be drafted and fix one day for registration.

B. Thereafter, both parties should go to the Sub Registrar office and pay the specified stamp duty,registration fee and miscellenous fee and get the registered documents from the registering authority.
