Hi
We have bought a land 10 years back in chakradhara estates near adibatla in hyderabad which we intended to sell recently and when the buying party took the EC it came as a village land under grama kantam. The plot has survey numbers also.
Kindly give me your advise on anything that i can do to sell the plot.

Gramakantam lands do not have survey Nos. If you have survey Nos. it might be some other land. If you provide me the Survey No., Name of the Tahasil, Name of the Mandal, Name of the District, I can give you the complete details. Contact me to my email.
