Plot buying

If we are going to buy a plot which is undivided but owns majority portion of that , can we built roads and other infrastructure in those without others permission

You have to develop the plot as per the sanction plan passed by the planning department. What is the total area of your plot?

You shall obtain permission if the property is undivided or divided.
