Plot buying

If we are going to buy a plot which is undivided but owns majority portion of that , can we built roads and other infrastructure in those without others permission

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the feasibility of building roads and infrastructure on an undivided plot where you own a majority share. It highlights the necessity of adhering to sanctioned plans from the planning department. Crucially, it advises that permission will likely be required from other owners, regardless of whether the property is divided or undivided, especially when developing shared spaces.

Hello,

You have to develop the plot as per the sanction plan passed by the planning department. What is the total area of your plot?

You shall obtain permission if the property is undivided or divided.
