For Debentures pl refer to Article 27 of Schedule-1 to Indian Stamp Act 1899 and for agreements refer to Article 5 of Schedule to Bombay Stamp Act.

thnx sir.....................mr. sunil i hv find out rate of stamp duty as reference said by mr. agrawal
there is .05% per year and maximum to 0.25% or Rs. 25 lacs whichever lower
