Dear sir,
I am living in an apartment in hyderabad Andhrapradesh,morethan 20 years.as a tenant.but we dont have any rental agrement from the begining i am paying 2400/- as rent every month through cheque..the problem arised know is land owener wants to for development for new apartment complex.i dont want to vacate this place
Please tell me does i have any right on this land?or can i approach legally for getting enifit on my side.

Dear Sir,
As there is no rental agreement or rent receipts to show your possession in the rented premises, you can show other documents like Voter Id card, ration card etc where the address is shown. Then you can go for Interim Injunction against the landlord.

Immediately you may file a suit against eviction also an interlocutory petition for temporary injunction.
