Please show me a way

Dear Experts,

I am happy to inform you all thar the Divorce Decree ( on Cruelty) passed in favour of mine has been up held recently by the Hon High Court and her APPEAL dismissed with an order to seek ALIMONY if she so desires . However inspite of that she continues to occupy a part of my house ( Not under DV Act or Court Order). Now she needs to be moved out and shall be grateful if you all can show me a way.

Regards.

You can file a criminal and civil case against her.  You can file criminal case against her stating that she is tresspasser and for vacating her you file civil suit.
