i need help ..MY HUSBAND is aaplying for new passport ..may b i feel coz i made a complaint gainst him in australia so i feel wid new passport he wud hav noting written or mentioned in d passport ..he is a free man der as i was nt presnt der to fight my case..so may b he needs a fresh n new passport so dt he can fool anothr gel n move from dis country 2 another he wanted 2 go 2 canada or nz may b ..so plzz help ..wat sud i do 2 help miself n stop him from getting new passport ..plzzzzz help ..its urgent ..

do u have the passport details of your husband and inlaws?

do you have their address of their house abroad?

If yes, then some hopes comes but remember it also take some time so be patient.

My advise is to you:Don't waste your time, money better take divorce by mutual consent and marry with the an  indian .

and i kno d adress where dey stay abroad

and i asked him 2 return mi tings n give divorce dts it .bt he has refused n replied dt he wud make life hell n wud nt give me divrce..so i m so helpless..

i dont understand y u cant hire a good criminal lawyer?u are wasting ur time asking questions here.

he's gone upto this extent,and u are doinng nth. abt it...not even having a lawyer!
