Hi,
My father in law has been sending me very hurtfull emails accusing me & my family of false dowry allegations and speaking garbage about my religious beliefs. And all this from his Official email ID. He is a CEO of a firm and I am not sure if he is going to stop
I wish to know if there is any act / section against use of corporate resources for personal use and harassing people.

File an Injunction stating that your FIL is sending e mail and spoiling the reputation, ready for repurcursions later.

You are lucky that he is doing that, In case there is a false case these emails will go in your favor,
For the time being you can reply to the emails stating that the allegations are absurd and urge to stop harassing you.
