Respected Lawyers, My parents got separated 10yrs back, then me and my father shifted to a flat in Ignou Road Saket. The flat is on GPA.
My father passed away few months back. Please suggest the procedure of transferring the GPA on my name.
Where should I get it done ?

Principal or GPA holder any one of them dies GPA will automatically laps so batter to aproach to principal and request him to exicute a registerd sale deed in favour of you.
