I was married to girl where She dont have childern.she cheated me and made property like p.Rekha W/O PRam reddy (Which is purchased by me)in her name.She had frogen me and left me 30 years back by taking money,jewel,propery.
And also filed maintenance case against me and claimed 50000.Know she is planning to give property to her brother.As part of maintanace case,land was written to her as part of maintainence.
Query:How can I get my property back.I heard that as part of maintenance case,property giving is not acceptable.Only money is given.Can u please help me.Can I claim my property back saying "only she can give property to rent but she cant sell it".
Query2:I want my wife not to sell the property.Any way to do.
