Please guide in fake 138 case court status

It could be that the person who called you could not be a policeman.

I am afraid, you are not entitled to any further suggestions from me as you are not fully honest with the facts. You are unwilling to provide the facts, even when requested.

I don't have any fact and I am unknown about case. Only I know lender misused blank cheque and further all this transaction. 

He don't have any signed agreement or any other signed documents given in writing. Except cheque he don't have anything.
