Marriage took place in Kerala according to HIndu customs. It was registered under Kerala marriage registration rules 1957 form 3. Does it mean that Wife is the head of family? Please let me know the difference from Kerala Marriage rules and Hindu Marriage act.
I am trying to understand how it will affect the boys side during divorce. Will the judge ask him to go and stay in wife's house?

No Judge can ask u to go and live in your wifes house. And if by mistake if any judge ask u then u just refuse nothing will happen
