1. Father is entitled to Build house on his Father's property and is further entitled to sell said house, without any further legal reference to ANYBODY, whosoever.

APPREHENSIVELY, the "Actual Problem" might be that the Fake "queriest" could be eyeing his Father's property & money and is looking for ways to usurp such properties, which is usually the norm in apathatic persons like the queriests, who would be having least regard to parental values.
