Please advise

Respected experts, The divorce granted by Hon Family court in favour of the husband has been upheld by High Court. Now after several months the ex wife has filed a Review Petition before the same High Court. The delay has been condoned. Now can the husband go ahead with second marriage? Local lawyer has said that Review is not Appeal therefore there is no bar in remarriage. Kindly clarify the matter. Regards.
