please suggest me that
it will be fine to insert arbitration clause in pre-employment agreement.
if arbitration clause is invoked in pre-employment agreement and matter is filed in labour court, then in such situation we can make an application under section 8 of Arbitration conciliation Act challenging the jurisdiction.
