AMARJEET (DEPUTY MANAGER)     28 March 2010

PLEADER COMMISSION

IF THE REPORT OF THE PLEADER COMMISSION NOT SIGNED BY THE BOTH PARTIES COUNSEL AS WELL AS BOTH THE PARTIES THEN IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE WILL THE REPORT BE CONSIDERED ? THE COMMISSION HAS ACTUALLY VISITED THE SPOT IN PRESENCE OF BOTH THE COUNSEL AND THE PARTIES AND IN HIS REPORT ALSO HE HAS MENTIONED THE PRESENCE BUT NO SIGNATURE AVAILABLE.

WHATS THE FATE OF THE REPORT ?????

The Commissioner could be examined and it could be exhibited.

It will not have sanctity unless all the signatures are done.
