hello,
the maintenance case is going on since 4 yrs.. everything is done from there side, now its my turn but since last 1 year they are delaying the dates giving silly reasons.. i am wondering as why are they doing so? what can be the reason except harrassing?
she is well educated and earning which is proved in court, will she get any maintenance?
can i complaint to the court of their purposely delaying dates and harassing me? if yes will it be useful?
please advice..
