Plaint amendment

Can we file plaint amendment application for amendment of wherefore, cause title and some paras in plaint in the permanent injunction suit

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether a plaint amendment application can be filed in a permanent injunction suit. It confirms that amendments are permissible for aspects like the 'wherefore' clause, cause title, and specific paragraphs. The context provided suggests an amendment might be necessary due to an error in the defendant's name on the document, leading to the case not being filed correctly and the prayer for possession being omitted.
