Place to get anticipatory bail in 498a

where to get anticipatory bail if 498a case filled in Delhi but I am living in Patna,Bihar.

Anticipatory bail would be taken in Delhi only. It can be filed in either Sessions or High Court.

should I remain present at the time of filing ABP or my power of attorney to yourself simply do the job?

It is always advised that the person who is seeking anticipatory bail should be present in court, else power of attorney given to some other person would also work.

AB in 498a cruelty by husband.the honble SC has held that no person can be arrested without evidence of cruelty, hence u can avail AB from court at delhi
