Dear all ,
I live in a co operative housing society (ownership flat) at Badlapur in Thane district--Maharashtra state.
My flat is on 1st floor and on 2 nd floor exactly above my flat there is some water leakage in his waterline to wash-basin ,so there is leakage problem in my house.
I have informed about the same to the said flat owner,requested him many times to get repaired the leakage but he has refused to take any action saying there is no any such leakage in his house so he will not do any repair work.
Thaen i have informed the socitey committe about the same.In fact in our society the society committe members are inactive and did not pay any attention to the smooth working of the society as perbye-laws.so they also had not taken any action against the said flat owner.
The leakage problem in my flat is as such till date .There is heavy water leakage going on every day when they use their bathroom/wash basin.
pl advice me some legal remady to get solved this problem.
