Pio can reveal/disclose the details of rti applicant?

I don't want to be revealed/disclosed my identity after filing an RTI applicant. What to do?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses concerns about an RTI applicant's identity being revealed. While basic details like name and address are mandatory for filing, the core question is whether a Public Information Officer (PIO) is permitted to disclose this personal information to the public or the defaulter. The consensus is that while personal details are required, there are restrictions on PIOs leaking applicant identities.
