PIL in Hisar Court

R/Member Advocate Mr. Amit has filed a PIL in Hisar Court on the issue of Road blockage by Mirchpur Agitators,court has issued notice to State for 28th Jan,i want to know under which provision and in which court this PIL was filed by Mr. Amit Advocate,bcoz i was in the impression that PIL is maintainable only before Highcourt and Supreme court.Thanx

Yes you are absolutly right, as the PIL can be filed only before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India or Punjab and Haryana High Court. It is the misuse of the court process and even the Civil Judge has no jurisdiction to entertain such type of matters. The order passed is totally nullity.
