I have intitated child custody case which is just stared in Delhi.
I have found child access guidelines from https://childrightsngo.com/ where they have outlined detail plan of visting child for non custodial parents.Its also approved by Bombay High Court. Could I make a application or PIL to Delhi High Court to recommend & suggest so it will be applied in Delhi..
I am new to this forum & dont have much legal knowledge,appreciate for everyones suggestions & advice on how to make it applicable for Delhi too.
