PIL Against BBMP

Dear Friends,

Last year a child died after fallin to a darin in Bangalore and his body wasnever recovered. Therefater an advocates associtation filed a PIL in Karnataka High Court against BBMP for allowing enroachments on darains in Bangalore. The Gurudwara in Bangalore was also mentiond as one of trhe propretieswhich had encroached on a drain.
