Pf withdrawl from a trust

Dear sir

i have worked in a organisation for 7 yrs and resigned.served the notice period and got the relieving letter.got the graduity also.applied for pf after 2 months.The company is having pf fund in a trust.

During this time company doubted me of helping a competator company and filed a case in the court and the case is going on.i have not joined any other company till date.

i conineously followed up by mail and phone,every time they told that it will be cleared in a day or two.but it never happened.they didnt reply to any of my mails.

raised a on line grievence in rpfc.but no results.

now the time has come to go legal.

please let me know how to proceed and give your valuable suggestions.

Submit resentation narrating all previous communication and brief minutes, addressed to good offices of appointing authority,MD ,trustee of PF with a copy to RPFC,Addled. CPFC,CPFC,.... Thereafter meet RPFC in nearest PF office with a copy of Complaint and obtain acknowledgement, and request to depute PF official/Inspector to penalize the company... You can follow up thru RTI... IF you are unable to handle on your own entrust it to your lawyer
