Pf withdrawal after uan allotment

Hello Sir !

i resigned from my old company 2 months back & now wanted to apply for withdrawal of PF amount but the PF department has already allotted me the UAN (universal account no)

Could you pl advise remedy on this

My old company is saying that i will need to transfer amount & cannot withdraw the PF

Pl advise how can i withdraw my all PF amount in this situation
