Dear Sir/Mam,
My previous company says that mistakenly Rs 11201/- extra credited in PF account.due this reason my date of leaving has not updated on PF portal from last one year.
I have unable to apply for online PF withdrawal due to date of leaving not updated on PF portal.
I need to take legal action against company
pls advise.
