PF issue

Hello sir I was working a pvt. Healthcare company I resign before two month. Company not add 15 month PF in my PF account which deduct every month from my salaries. I have pay slip also. Company did not respond to my e-mail or call. What can I do now.

OK Dear....

You can send Legal Notice to your employer....

Further you can lodge a proper complaint with Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) or you have another option to file a criminal case against your employer with the police or complain to the chief vigilance officer appointed by the labour ministry.

You need to produce a copy of your salary slip along with complaint(s) to show the deduction, which does not reflect in the PF Account Balance.
