Pl. let me know the legal remedy available to a person whose PF was deducted by the employer but not deposited with the PF authorities. Can he file FIR u/s 406 or approach to PF authorities.

immidiately pay the first employees dues if not employer dues to get the matter resolved before it reaches to FIR
