PF CONTRIBUTION

PF contribution from employer is the part of CTC?
For Yes or No provision to be provided.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether an employer's Provident Fund (PF) contribution is considered part of an employee's Cost to Company (CTC). Generally, it is, but this can depend on specific employment terms. It's noted that CTC isn't a legally defined term in UK labour or service laws, meaning its exact composition can vary.

Normallly employer's contribution to provident fund is part of CTC of the individual employee.

However, it depends upon terms and conditions of appointment.

CTC is an amorphous term not defined under any labour or service laws.
