Hi Experts,
In my DV case wife submitted her Affidavit in chief , but along with it there is no list of witnesses.
- Does it mean she is not going to produce any witnesses for Cross in her defence?
- Or she can mention/bring them anytime after her cross?
- Can i ask judge to direct the wife to mention her list of witnesses beforehand?
Note: In her 498a case her list of witnesses contains her parents and friends , 498a case also in same court where DV trial is running.
