I have filed a petition to setaside an exparte order and the same was allowed with Cost of Rs.500. But, as I have not paid that Rs.500, the said petition was dismissed. Now, what is the procedure to be followed? Wheather I can file a petiton u/s.148 of CPC for enlargement of time? or Wheather I can file a petition to restore this dismissed petition or wheather I should go for CRP before Hon'ble High Court. Kindly clarify and if you have any precedents, kindly share with me.
