I have availed a personal Loan ith a bank and I am no jobless, and at this stage I am unsure on when ill i get a JOB.
Previously at this situation the bank collection agensy had asked me to make arrangement for money any how, I had borrowed and paid the EMI.
Indpite of me explaining me the situation the collection agency is not ready to listen this time I am unable to arrange funds hat should I do at this stage?

ask the recovery agency to go for an settlement,where in you can pay part of the amount and settle it...

I do not have funds right now but will start paying once get the job, I am very sure that I can start commencing the payment in a month or two.
While I have asked for the lesser EMI also the bank refused to do so.

No I have not given any post dated cheques as such.

If you have not given any PDC then do not worry, in case Recovery Agent harrass you call Police and clearly tell bank you don't have money to repay and that is all
