Non-settlement of claim by the insurance company is deficient services and a consumer complaint will lie against the insurer in a Consumer Court. The procedure in a CC is simple and good lawyer can see through it. .

I think if you are looking for prsonal injury lawyer then you should contact the local bar association to get the refferal list of lawyers of your area. You can also go for lawyers websites,it can also helps to get a good lawyer. But before hiring a lawyer you should ask him about that for how much time he has prctice law.
